The sound quality is very good, and the deck features a 24 bit pulse A/D converter. There are 2 (yes two) optical inputs and one output, as well as a coaxial in and out in addition to a set analog inputs and outputs. The deck has lots of recording features: erase, move, combine, divide, the ability to edit sound levels after recording, digital filtering, and pitch controls.
